The AFRA-CAAC Registry
Block Aero is the implementation partner of the AFRA-CAAC Registry, and the only overseas compliant parts management platform for the program. AFRA, the CAAC, CCAR-145 Disassembly Service Providers, and Asset Owners cooperate on Block Aero to secure traceability from teardown to serviceable material that can be installed on China-registered aircraft. The program runs in a voluntary participation phase under the CAAC's Advisory Circular on aircraft disassembly.

An aircraft or part is worth a fraction of its value without complete, verifiable records, yet most of that history still arrives as banker's boxes of scans, mixed-quality PDFs, dirty tags, and handwritten entries. Agentic Records Manager reads that reality and turns a legacy paper estate into structured, verifiable records at scale.
- Classifies every document: FAA Form 8130-3, EASA Form 1, CAAC AAC-038, certificates of conformity, LLP status sheets, AD/SB compliance records, shop reports, and task cards, sorted against the 108-type Data Sharing Specification (DSS).
